Just had my condo owner finally show up—turns out he also didn’t read the emails I sent. 😅 But here’s the thing: without a signed property management agreement, I can’t legally conduct any realtor activity.

North Carolina’s Real Estate Commission requires brokers to have a written and signed management agreement before marketing or managing a property. It’s all spelled out in Rule 58A.0104(a) from the NCREC

So, today we simply reviewed the agreement terms and set expectations. Once that’s signed, I can come back, take professional photos, launch the listing, and officially start working for him.
