The Lord Will Carry Your Burdens: Divine Rest, Peace & Strength for the Weary and Heavy-Hearted

Day 63, in 100 days prayer and fasting | Friday, 5th, SEPTEMBER, 2025 — Topic: The Lord Will Take OVER YOUR BURDENS And MAKE YOUR Load LIGHT.

Scriptures from New King James Version as follows:
1st Kings 5 verse 4,
4 But now the Lord my God has given me rest on every side; there is neither adversary nor [b]evil occurrence. hallelujah.

Matthew 11 verse 28 to 29, Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Spiritual summary and meditation:
Beloved, let it be conspicuously and specifically noted that only the Lord can grant you true peace. It is recorded in 2Samuel 7:1, that after David had fought many battles the Lord granted him peace and rest, which only him can give. When God grants you peace, no power can alter or violate it, but every other peace from negative powers is fake and on the interim. Also, in 1 Kings 5:4, it is recorded "But now the Lord my God has given me peace on all borders. I have no enemies and there is no danger of attack".

If the Lord gives you peace, your enemies will be constrained to be in peace with you by divine injunction. On the same vein, in Matthew 11:28-29, it is written, "come to me, all of you who are tired of carrying heavy loads and I will give you rest. Take my yoke and put it on you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in spirit and you will find rest".

Succinctly put, that the Lord invites us to come to him and surrender all our heavy loads, burdens, yokes, sicknesses, poverty, infirmities and inabilities and take his own yoke for his yoke is easy and simple. The Lord is our burden bearer. He has the ability to remove and eradicate all your problems and give you peace such that the world cannot give. Before the end of this program, the Lord will transform your life positively and grant you peace, rest, healing and accelerated progress in all ramifications, in the name of Jesus.
