R.C. Sproul & MacArthur both taught the heresy of synergism—this video deals with Sproul

Roman Catholicism officially teaches that our salvation is synergistic and by human free will. The Roman Pontiff, who is Antichrist, teaches this false gospel in direct opposition to the Bible's doctrine of salvation by grace alone (what we call Sola Gratia) and the chief and central article of justification by faith alone (what we call Sola Fide). But, the pope and Roman Catholicism (Rome for short) are not alone in proliferating their false gospel of justification by faith and works. They have help. One of their helpers was a man named R.C. Sproul, who not only endorsed the theology of Rome's chief theologian (Thomas Aquinas), but who also taught Rome's heresy of synergism. Sproul taught the heresy of Rome throughout his career and he made a point to teach synergism in his popular book Chosen By God. We'll look at that in just a moment, but first, we will look at the Roman Catholic Whore-church teaching synergism in its Jesuit controlled Council of Trent.
