Fragile

Fragile

I wear my heart on broken strings,
A quiet voice the silence brings.
Every step feels paper-thin,
Afraid to fall, afraid to begin.

The world moves fast, I try to stay,
But pieces of me slip away.
If I shatter, will you see,
The fragile parts that live in me?

Fragile — I’m a whisper in the storm,
Fragile — trying to stay warm.
Glass in the fire, breaking inside,
Fragile, but still alive.

Cracks don’t mean the end of me,
They tell a story silently.
Even if I fall apart,
I’ll hold the pieces of my heart.

The weight of fear, it pulls me down,
But I still rise from broken ground.
If I shatter, will you stay,
And help me find a brighter way?

Fragile — I’m a whisper in the storm,
Fragile — trying to stay warm.
Glass in the fire, breaking inside,
Fragile, but still alive.

Handle me with tender hands,
I’m still learning where I stand.
Every scar, a fragile light,
Guiding me through endless night.

Fragile — but I will not fade,
Fragile — stronger in the shade.
Glass may break, but I will shine,
Fragile, yet this strength is mine.
