Neighbor YELLED across the lawn WARNING ME about the REAL STORY

My friend found this yard and sent me the address with a picture. It looked really bad so I hopped in my truck and headed over. I went to go knock on the door and had pretty high hopes that someone would answer because a truck was parked in the driveway. But those hopes went down pretty quick when I saw a couple notices from the city on the door that have been there for quite a while. But I knocked anyway with no luck. The neighbor next door noticed me and yelled from across the yard that nobody lives here. The man passed away and the home has been sitting in probate for over a year now. Nobody is mowing the lawn and the city might come do it once a year so it’s become an absolute jungle and it’s looking really bad for everyone living around it. So, I thought I would go ahead and clean it up and I spent all day making it look like the best yard on the block.
