💡 Avoid Windows altogether!!!!!
Run Qubes OS or Tails from a USB stick (with persistence if needed) and spin up your VMs inside it.
From there, use Kali, Parrot, BlackArch, or a hardened Debian/Ubuntu as your VMs.
