This information I know for a "fact" works as I experimented on myself using Knobbes findings.
So this research shows not to worry about calories, or carbs. Those things don't make you put on lots of weight. It is oils that make people fat. Rapeseed Oil, Palm oil, Sunflower oil, vegetable oils etc are the culprits causing people to gain weight and have diseases like cancer. So when you shop if you see oil in the ingredients DON"T BUY IT. Also if you see vegetable fats in ingredients it is just oil in solid form so don't buy it either.
