Nitro Init System on PCLinuxOS

After it was mentioned on the PCLOS forum, I decided to give it a go of making a package for nitro which can be used as a sort of first draft for PCLOS. It uses sysvinit runlevels currently and required updating two older packages to make room for nitro.
