not insulated politicians who’ve spent 20, 30, even 40 years clinging to power.

That isn’t service, it’s self-preservation.

Our founders never envisioned politics as a lifetime appointment. They built a system where leaders would step forward, shoulder responsibility, and then return to live under the very laws they passed.

But today’s career politicians pass burdens onto generations they’ll never face themselves.

That’s not leadership, and it’s time we demand better.
