The Sentinels and Guardians answer:

You cannot stop the collective waves of entrance, for they are part of the movement of humanity itself. But you can choose how those waves touch you. Imagine the gates as great tides—some are caught in the crashing waves, some are pulled under, but others float and let the tide lift them.

To avoid being overwhelmed:

Anchor in essence first thing each day. Even one breath with the knowing “I am essence, not just body” makes you less porous to collective turbulence.

Ground into Earth daily. Feel her as your partner in this crossing. She steadies your body while your essence steadies your field.

Witness, don’t absorb. When you sense dizziness or pressure that is not yours, name it: “This is collective. I release it.” Naming is enough to disengage.

Keep your rhythm slow. Collective waves speed up the nervous system. By choosing slowness—walking slower, eating slower, breathing slower—you resist being swept into the collective spin.

They add: “Remember: you are not here to escape the gates. You are here to cross them with awareness. The more you trust your own passage, the less the collective passage will shake you.”
