True Hierarchy and How to Create it

A real hierarchy is an unfolding process that is intuitively felt and recognized by people. An excellent person commands the willing loyalty of others and thereby is entitled to leadership by the virtue of their superior spiritual qualities.

Bureaucratic and economic hierarchies are false and unnatural. They endorse mediocrity, selfishness, criminality, distrust, greed, and ineffectiveness. Our current hierarchy is clearly diseased and distorted. The elite who climb this hierarchy are utterly unworthy of respect or loyalty as they lack most, if not all, virtue and spiritual quality. Their authority rests only in worthless credentials and money.

Peter Turchin's "elite aspirant problem" is discussed in this video - Everyone is competing for a small number of cushy jobs. Frustrated elite aspirants eventually become communist revolutionaries. How can this be avoided? How do we replace the current elite with a superior, worthy elite who can stand against the power of money and degeneracy?
