1 Corinthians 1:26 New King James Version
26 For [a]you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many [b]noble, are called.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA DEAR FRIENDS!!! OMHW! What an incredible Thursday Ricky and I had today! Let me explain. I just got back about 15-20 minutes ago from my doctor's office, (The annual oil and Lube! LOL), and let's just say it was much needed. My blood work went well, but there are things that I need to take care of with myself, that I've been putting off, because I've been putting everybody in front of me, and I have to learn to take time for myself.

I really love how apparently Ezra was patiently waiting for God to use him, and God gave him the right moment and time to do so, through none other than the same king that Nehemiah had been dealing with. There's something really precious about this morning scripture, that reminded me of the study that I did about four years ago on the book of Ezra, that I really feel led of the Lord to share from this vlog I did on that study, in particular on Ezra Chapter 7, and I hope you don't mind I do so.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share those thoughts from that vlog, as well as some things that God showed me from this passage of scripture today, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that it will challenge you to want to seek out God's calling in your life, and make every effort to finish well in it. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn what it means to live and finish well in your calling for Christ! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that they challenge and motivate you to want to live out your calling.

What can you do to press on and you're calling from God?

How can you persist in His power and wisdom?

I think it starts first and foremost by making sure that you keep your eyes and heart focused on Christ. Follow what proverbs 3:5-7 states, which involves seeking the Lord with all your heart, trusting Him with everything you have, never rely on your own understanding, and acknowledge Him in everything that you say and do. That you choose to be consistent, persistent, and willing in your calling to Christ. Be as Ezra was, in choosing to seek God first, live out the faith that you say you have, and be a godly example to others, teaching not just through words, but also your actions. Sometimes guys we may have difficulty knowing what our calling is, and maybe it may take decades before we find it, but in God's power, we can be persistent in finishing the work God has given us to do, and sometimes we may find that calling in an area we might not expect. Just be willing, obedient, and consistent, to God's calling, and watch how God will work in your life.

UNTIL FRIDAY EVERBODY:

HAVE A BLISSFUL AND TRANQUIL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
