‼️ ASTRA: About 90 Ukrainians subject to deportation are being held in prison

‼️ ASTRA: About 90 Ukrainians subject to deportation are being held in prison conditions in Voronino, near Smolensk. Among them are 12 women and people with AIDS and tuberculosis.

There are 23 cells in the Center, each of which has two bunk beds.

Russia is now deporting people from the temporary detention centers only through Georgia. But Georgian border guards are keeping them in the basement of an unfinished terminal.

It can accommodate a maximum of 20 people, but sometimes 100 live there. However, Russia cannot bring there more than 800 people at a time, who are waiting in the temporary detention centers of Russia.

Ukraine offers direct transfer, through calm sections of the Ukrainian-Russian border or through Belarus. But Belarus does not want this.
