Judge getting criticism after a Detroit Most Wanted is free again because of a low bond

Nathan Payne is a 3-time habitual offender and was arrested for assault with intent to murder. U.S. Marshals say he is on video with a woman using a hammer to beat a motel employee who was going to put them out on the street. But when Payne went in front of Judge Dalton Roberson, he was given a low bond, $5,000, 10%. Payne posted $500 and is free again.
