R. Kelly's Manager Accused of Harassing Parents of Alleged Victim

R. Kelly‘s manager has been accused of harassing the parents of alleged victim Joycelyn Savage over their participation in Lifetime’s “Surviving R. Kelly,” and now police are involved.

According to the report, obtained by The Blast, Timothy Savage called authorities to his Georgia residence on January 3 just before 6 AM and claimed he was texted by a man named Don Russell, who is the manager for R. Kelly.
