The biggest issue isn't who got sick. The issue isn't who will get compensated. As important as those issues are, the primary crime is what was done by the US government on its own people. And make no mistake it was illegal. It was a crime. And as it would be for any regular citizen in the US today for any similar offense, those responsible should be punished.

How can a people trust a government who does such things? Who secretly uses its own citizens as guinea pigs?
