Why Aren't the Farmers ALLOWED to Test their Ostriches to Prove Healthy? Stand on Guard CLIP

Why won't the Canadian Food Inspection Agency @CFIA allow the testing on Universal Ostrich Farm in BC? They only conducted 2 PCR tests last year (which are proven to be extremely inaccurate), that is ALL the lazy CFIA has done for testing according to @OstrichFarmBC . And why are they sending 200 RCMP officers out to the farm owners and circling the fam with helicopters right now? Do they plan to unlawfully remove the farmers from their land in order for Mark Carney Liberal govt to once again flex its authoritarian muscle.
