Sourdough for beginners

Mix 100g sourdough starter
300 g bottled water room temp
500g unbleached flour
12-15 g sea salt or kosher salt

Mix to a shaggy dough with a danish whisk or by hand. Fold or knead 3 times. Let bulk ferment at room temp until doubled. Form loaf and refrigerate overnight. Bake 450 degrees for 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered
