Some of these, I screenshotted this page particularly because there are two on here that are less than $35 including the fees and these properties were seized in the tax foreclosure and they were auctioned to the highest bidder.”

There are tons of listings that show just a couple hundreds dollars in unpaid taxes and their homes have all been seized and sold
