Victims of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein are set to speak at a press conference on Wednesday, Sept. 3, at the Capitol. The bipartisan event is organized by Reps. Ro Khanna, D-California, and Thomas Massie, R-Kentucky, who predict it will be "explosive."

Massie filed a discharge petition for the Epstein Files Transparency Act on Sept. 2, which would force floor action on the bill if 218 representatives signed on.
