Playing FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time - Part 6 (No Commentary)

Having issues with slow cutscenes in this video despite a fully updated game, possibly because Nvidia has lost the plot and keeps putting out craptarded graphics card updates. I stopped OBS and cut off some of a cutscene at the end due to sheer frustration as this game used to run better.
