Legacy: The Greatest Love

Six weeks ago, I fell and injured my left wrist and foot at the same time. Let me tell you it has been the hardest six weeks of my life dealing with the pain and this miserable cast on my arm. I could not even do the simplest of things.. like make my bed, slice a tomoto, put my hair up in a poneytail, or even open my prescription bottles. I was so mad at myself..I even shed a few tears at night because the nerve pain was so devastating.
Then about three weeks ago, I thought to myself I feel so worthless doing nothing... what could I do to pass the time with my arm elevated on two pillows and and my foot in a medical boot?
After awhile it came to me..videos..I can make videos with one hand. After a day or so I found a song...it was beautiful but too long. I doubted I could find enough video content to complete it, but day by day, hour by hour, I did.
The lesson I got from this experience is patience. I have worried about getting all my LITTLE things done. My eyes have been on THOSE things. What I need to focus on is God has already done the BIGGEST thing.
If we get our eyes off of ourselves and focus on God and what He has done...we can make it through the darkest storm.
Sometimes we must not look at life with our eyes and mind but our HEART. Watch till the end.
