Recipe and ingredients:
soak bamboo sticks in water for 30 minutes.
1.1 lb (500 g) chicken fillet.
Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
1 tbsp. honey or syrup.
Ginger - 1 tsp.
black pepper.
1 tbsp. olive oil.
3 cloves of garlic.
mix well.
leave for 15-20 minutes.
cherry tomatoes.
cucumber.
arugula.
1/2 cup (100) g canned peas.
black pepper.
lemon juice.
salt.
vegetable oil.
mix well.
drizzle with vegetable oil.
thread the meat onto skewers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
now you need to turn it over.
brush with the remaining sauce.
Bake for 5-10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
