We’re cooking up a hearty Swiss Steak recipe — made the Instant Pot way — using chuck roast, onions, carrots, tomatoes, and a rich tomato-based gravy. Swiss Steak is an American comfort food classic that’s been loved for generations, but will it win over our British taste buds?
