Liberty Fact File: Court Rules Trump Tariffs Illegal, Could've Ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL

The ruling not only did not cite their glorious US Constitution, which doesn't grant the Executive Branch any power to unilaterally impose tariff taxes on people, it also does not grant a President the magical power to "declare emergencies". All "revenue" bills have to start in the House, according to their rules in the Constitution, but this judge merely said, in essence, "I think Trump can't impose tariffs, but he can completely BLOCK products from entering the US to be received by peaceful, willing, market traders." Astounding. Check out the info, and see the message for Laura Ingraham, who also gets it wrong. Oh, and we correct Trump and Laura and Navarro again on which nations have the highest tariffs (hint, it's not INDIA, as they claim)!
