This is one of my favorite exercises. A big thing you need to pay attention to is making sure that the back foot heel is lifted. There is rotation happening and you don't want the foot to be grounded while rotating because the knee is not going to like it after awhile. When the heel is lifted balance and stability are being challenged. That is a good thing! It's also great for mobilizing the thoracic spine. Just feels so good! Keep from shrugging your shoulders while doing this exercise. If you have trouble then take your hand into the neutral grip.
