8/31/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Meet With Other Associates to Pass Off Images

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

Long statutory holiday weekends offer a lot of down time to meet with my other associates to socialize and use that socializing to cover for giving each other micro SD cards and USB memory sticks to each other. The good thing about physical storage devices is that they are not sent over digital networks that could be blocked and/or intercepted. It is best to use a combination of digital and physical video and photograph sharing with the others. It would look like simple socializing from surface casual observation. A handshake, passing an item, handling a drink, and then the image storage device has changed hands to others.

Every weekend, I am either online or offline meeting with my other group associates. Everyone else is also connected to the various groups online and they will also be doing their own things too. We are all like different versions of ourselves from different cities and countries, all doing the same or similar things that you see across our various video channels. We all have our own home territory organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and collaborator collection zones and there are other zones we do cross over at various times and situations.

At any given time, there could could many Targeted Individuals group members, civil rights auditing group members, corruption exposure group members, anti whatever group members collecting the corrupt uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perps and collaborators everywhere.

All of the uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps and collaborators are collected from every city and country on Earth and sent into decentralized gangstalking perp video and photographic collections spread out all over the planet.

The foreground and background images can be sent off to the more skilled and equipped international group members for information sifting by human eyes, computers, and AI artificial intelligence tools. Our various groups and members have varying levels of skill sets based on what work they did in the past and/or are currently doing.

I have been in online and offline contact with some of my international group associates and some of my factions of anti corruption government/corporation official and politician friends. They usually contact me when they find something interesting and want more information from me and my other associates.
