Dr Timothy Mitzel resigns from Littlestown Area School District

Superintendent Dr. Timothy Mitzel resigned from the Littlestown Area School District amidst another lawsuit filed against the district against him and board members Janell Ressler, Nick Lovell,and Carl Thompson for multiple Pennsylvania Sunshine Act Violations to go to Dover Area School District to be an Assistant Superintendent. Did Dover Not do their Homework? He had recently Threatened a parent for recording the public school board meeting. NOT GOOD !!
