Running in the Rain: Week 3 Summer Training

On to week 3 and it was a rainy one. This week's runs consisted three segments of 15 minutes with 1 minute breaks in between, totaling 48 minutes. I share why I'm running in the afternoon now rather than the morning due to school starting back, adjusting to the new schedule, and waking up at 5 AM. With classes running from 6 to 10 PM, I'll find time between 4 and 6 PM to keep up with my runs. Stay tuned for updates!
