Training for a 10k as a Beginner

Week 2 of my Couch to 10K training! This week’s workout was 4 segments of 10 minutes running with 1-minute breaks in between. I also experimented with running in the morning vs. evening to see which one feels better. Follow along as I continue building toward 10K and share what I’m learning along the way!
