Clipse : So Be It : Reactsong by Alfred #music

"Reactsong" is a word coined by Alfred by merging the word "reaction" with the word "song."
A Reactsong is a no more than One Minute reaction video to a song where the reaction itself is either sung or is a rap verse.
It's a style of online content that was created by Alfred to promote his music by creating musical video reactions to new music hits & trending songs hoping to ride the wave of the trending song to create awareness of his own music & raps.
This new online content form changed the way music - driven social media platforms works.
YouTube added a new feature to the YouTube app which makes creating Reactsongs easy to make on the fly with just a click of the button and they later named the feature YouTube Remix after Alfred complained about getting no credit for it. (Smart Move. No one can take credit for inventing the Remix). However, if you look at Alfred's earliest Reactsongs and look at the email YouTube sent out announcing their new app feature back when the feature had no name; you'll see that it is just Reactsongs they are talking about. Alfred couldn't write a better copy for what a Reactsong is & advertise Reactsongs better than what YouTube sent out in that email.
Anyway, I'm not even tripping. The mind that bore one great idea can also bare many more great ideas. I'm full of ideas. Many more ideas & counting so I'm not even stressing.

Anyway, I encourage more people to create Reactsongs but there are a few guidelines I'll like to put down:

- Never rap or sing over the Artist's beat. Use your own beat that you have all the rights to. Make sure the music of the Artist's song stops before you being your rapping or singing reaction verse. No overlap.
- Keep your reaction verse short. It's best just 8 bars or at most 12 bars. (Remember you have to keep the whole thing under one minute long).
- You only play a short portion of the Artist's song. Perhaps only the chorus or the most memorable portion of the song or the portion of the song that's already trending online.
- A Reactsong is not a song so don't post it on Spotify or similar streaming platforms. You don't have the Right to use the Artist's portion of the song. But can only use them legally on social media sites like YouTube, TikTok & IG where people can post reaction videos & dance videos and the artist who also submits their music to these platforms gets full or partial monetization of the Reactsong you post because you used a portion of their music.
- The verse you use in your Reactsong can be used again in a full song of yours that you create & own all the Rights to; so you can post that on music streaming platforms like Spotify & Apple and get full monetization for it. Hence, your verse in the Reactsong was just a teaser promo of a full song of yours that's about to drop. It's great free advertising based off riding the wave of online viral music trends.
- Promote Christianity or Christian values in your verse. The world already has enough degeneracy; don't add to it.
