...what this statement does is disconnect you from any deemed contracts. Common Law will not work in the corrupt administrative commercial courts that practice witchcraft and black magic. Uniform Commercial Code is what they use, but for you to be captured by that it needs your consent and that is often achieved without your knowledge...your ignorance is your problem, not the courts or police. Of course according to Legislation (commercial law) and contracts with a "Legal Fiction" (you) MUST be a lawful contract, but the courts and police do not care because they are hidden private corporations in the business of making profits. So if you use the above statement you have made it clear from the start that you have reclaimed your rights under common law. As UCC involved Legislation's Contract Law, the Bill of Rights is copied into it. Any court that says they do not recognise UCC 1-308 are then breaking their own jurisdiction law. UCC works in harmony with common law....providing you have reclaimed those rights using the above statement.
