Home Buyers Are Getting RIPPED OFF BY HOME BUILDERS

According to the most recent earnings report from Pulte Group, the home builder now needs to spend over $52,000 per sale of a home on incentives and price cuts in order to get their average home sold today. A few years ago that number was only about 21,000. This is a major indicator of the direction the housing market is moving in and nothing can't stop it other than much higher incomes combined with much lower interest rates and it doesn't look like either one of those are happening anytime soon.
