8/30/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Collect Gangstalk PERPS in 2 Municipalities For Others

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

The 2025 Labour Day statutory holiday long weekend is here and I will need more uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators to pass along to the other nice and/or nasty international groups and their global followers to look at. My own international groups and the other group associates would expect nothing more or less from myself and every other worldwide associate.

On this Saturday, I went to two different municipalities in this metropolitan region. I want everyone to know that my associates and I do not just stick to our home municipalities and we will make surprise visits to collect and share their local gangstalking perps and collaborators too. We will randomly choose the perps of any municipalities to make the perps internet famous to the wild internet jungles for everyone to watch. My associates and I will treat our game as some sort of social media Russian Roulette that we will force the gangstalking perps to play. Participation in the internet fame on various media is mandatory.

The first part of this video takes place in the View Royal Municipality and around the Victoria General Hospital region. I had previous encounters with other perps in that area several years ago in that neighbourhood. I had gotten and sent off quite a few uniformed and civilian gangstalking perps from View Royal. Now, I just want to go back and look around to see if I can collect and share any of the perps again, for more audiences.

The second part of this video is in Esquimalt Municipality at the Esquimalt Plaza Country Grocer supermarket. The supermarket had a lot more perps in the video background. Since Esquimalt is the home base of the Royal Canadian Navy, there were a few off duty navy personnel wandering around too. I mentioned many times, in various video descriptions, that I am a former Federal Government functionary in a national defence/national security related government department. I can spot off duty military types in their civilian clothing even in a public crowd. My former side job as a sports entertainment arena crowd control staff also enhances my crowded public places situational awareness. Being an apartment building owner landlord's kid means I have past experience reading and evaluating prospective tenants.

The star attraction of this video should be the white shorts guy walking around Country Grocer with an empty red shopping basket while he was wandering around the store and parking lot, pretending to be talking about some stock marketed corporation board of directors meetings and election. He loitered and wandered all over the place to do no shopping and just did pretend street theatre fake acting. You can even see him walk from one end of the parking lot to his own truck at the other end, while continuously talking on his phone. Phone guy was travelling between his gangstalking perp handler vehicle and his own truck. Then another vehicle parked and block off the video recording. It doesn't matter because I got his image already.

The fat woman with glasses and a greenish outfit is another one. You will also notice her pointing with her right elbow to indicate indirection, just as the black uniformed shirt security guard had walked pass earlier. She was also earlier in the bakery bakery department of the store, before going to the dairy section of Country Grocer.

All of the main and side NPC characters of this video will be record and shared to the others, in various international groups to play with however they like. All the face, vehicle, building images will be sifted for various information by human eyes, computers, or even AI artificial intelligence tools. It will be decentralized and international across various boundaries.

I will be meeting with some of my group associates and some of my faction of government/corporation official and politician friends over the Labour Day long weekend. They will expect me to pass along new collected images and reports from myself and the other group associates.
