Five full days have passed. 120 hours. Does our observation change the nature of time? In quantum physics, the very act of measurement affects the object being observed. Perhaps a similar phenomenon is occurring here.

Time flows regardless of us, that is certain. But by consciously directing our attention to it, we give it a meaning it would not otherwise possess. Every second that passes in silence, unnoticed by anyone, is just another second. But a second whose passage we consciously observe becomes something more—it becomes an experience, a moment of reflection, a unit of our lived life. This project is not just about measuring time, but also about sanctifying it through the act of conscious attention.
