Investigators just uncovered 4,277 phantom jobs created to funnel taxpayer money back to Democrats. At least $5 billion in waste, fraud, and abuse has been identified, with funds still flowing to programs that don’t even exist — some eliminated years ago. Taxpayer dollars were even used to bankroll “gender reassignment surgeries for prisoners,” glass blowing, barbershop quartets, and bogus arts grants. This is textbook money laundering and one of the biggest frauds ever exposed in Michigan. Prosecutions must follow.
