Street Food 'Hygiene' is a Myth - Why I Never Get Sick! 🍜🔥

Controversial take alert! Living in Vietnam has taught me that "hygiene is a total waste of time, money, energy, and everything else."

I've eaten at noodle places with black grease covering everything - spots that would horrify most British people - but the food is incredible and I've never gotten ill!

Plot twist: I've actually gotten sick MORE often from Western food here than from local street vendors. Maybe all that health and safety obsession is "just bollocks" and we're creating problems that don't exist?
