Neo-Nazis have rushed and attacked Melbourne's Camp Sovereignty in an emboldened display of violence following yesterday's white supremacist-linked anti-immigration protests.

Vision shows the group, which included neo-Nazi and National Socialist Network leader Thomas Sewell, rushing the Indigenous protest camp at Kings Domain.

Reports from Camp Sovereignty assert that four people suffered injuries, including a woman in her 30s who was taken to hospital with upper body injuries.

Victorian police minister Anthony Carbines has this morning condemned the attack, asserting "nobody's going to stand for that.
