Contrary to the teachings of some major church denominations, the Scriptures are clear: Salvation is by Grace Alone through Faith Alone, and Not by Works! The patriarch, Abraham, was counted righteous because he believed God, and his faith was proven because he obeyed God's Word and believed His promises. Lesson - The Law and good works cannot justify a sinner. Salvation is received by faith in God's Word, His Promises, and Power.
