1. You need Company to stay Steadfast in Doctrine - vv. 1-4
- always be in fellowship with the church, attend, participate
- there is where God work His work
2. Hard Work in God's work Requires Steadfastness in Doctrine - vv. 5-41
- it includes having to deal with a lot of different people
- it includes being mocked
- convince people of foreign, old, familiar concepts / doctrines
3. Staying Steadfast in Doctrine will Require Sacrifice - v. 45
- work and money
4. By Being Steadfast in Doctrine We need to strike correct balance between equally important Activities - vv. 42-47
- doctrine - teaching, study of God's word
- fellowship
- breaking of bread - Lord's supper, but also other fellowship with food
- prayer
- signs, wonders
- sharing - things common
- singleness of heart
- praising God
- soulwinning, baptise, lead people to the Lord and His work
