Russian President Putin's Speech at the SCO, China

In his speech at the summit of the SCO, among other topic, President Putin said that the West's continued attempts to draw Kiev into NATO are one of the main causes of the Ukrainian conflict. Also the crisis was largely caused by the 2014 coupd'etat.
