How to catch Pink Salmon and Sturgeon on the Tidal Fraser River.
Spinners, spoons, and tasmanian devils are popular lures for Pink Salmon. I have found lure fishing with a spinning rod more effective than float fishing. So far all of my pinks this year have been caught on tasmanian devils. I've caught lots on orange and pink spoons in the past.
You can fish just about any spot on the Fraser River and look for Pink Salmon rising.
After I caught the pink salmon, I used the gills as bait for the sturgeon.
