Ground Beef with Peas & Potatoes is so delicious hearty, and healthy! It all comes together easily in one pan so it’s perfect for a cozy weeknight meal! Serve it as or over rice or with a side of bread, either way - it’s so satisfying!

Ground Beef with Peas and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 lb ground beef
1 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
1 lb potatoes, small diced
2 cups peas

Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Mash tomatoes with a spatula.
Add ground beef and season well with salt and pepper. Cook until cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Add water and Worcester sauce.
And potatoes and bring to a boil. Make sure to season well with salt and pepper to bring out the flavor. Lower heat to medium low, cover and cook for 12 minutes.
Stir in peas. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender and peas are warmed through, about 3 minutes.
Serve as or with rice or bread.
