You Have the Divine Nature—But Not Godhood
We will always be sons. We are never going to take the position of God. Remember, God shares his glory with no one. Scripture is very clear about that. But we do have access to a quality of the divine nature because at least two members right now of the Godhead specifically indwell us. And in the future, we will have all three. I mean indwelling us. All three of them relate to us right now. Because we are in the Father, we have the Holy Spirit indwelling us, and we're in the Son. And being in the Son, he is also in us.
