Cartegena Car Wash Shoot Out

A 17-year-old identified as Jesús David Murillo Utria, known as “El Ducales”, was killed in a shootout at a car wash in Cartagena, Bolívar.

👉 Authorities report he attempted to snatch a chain from a man who was accompanied by an undercover police officer. During the struggle, the man was injured and left unconscious. The officer opened fire, fatally striking the teen.
