Attention Lawful People Who Wish To Exercise 2A....

1. No firearm restrictions or legislation is lawful.

2. You just don't know how to stand against it should you be so ridiculously charged as I am.

3. You need to be taking our class.

I'm disputing two counts of "unlawful conceal carry" in the great state of Florida where Ron DeSantis, who is a Harvard Law School grad and was a "special assistant US Attorney" and yet he signed his name to completely unconstitutional "statutes" anyway.

The statutes do not apply to ME, as I have no contract with the corporation of the State of Florida.

I merely domicile there and I reject any assumption and presumption that I bow to commercial statutory authority.

But the devil is in the details.Let's break it down.

790.01 Carrying of concealed weapons or concealed firearms. (Weapons includes knives, pepper spray, etc)
(1) A person is authorized to carry a concealed weapon or concealed firearm, as that term is defined in s. 790.06(1), if he or she:
(a) Is licensed under s. 790.06; or(b) Is not licensed under s. 790.06, but otherwise satisfies the criteria for receiving and maintaining such a license under s. 790.06(2)(a)-(f) and (i)-(n), (3), and (10).
"Authorized to carry" as in I have to ask the government for permission! 🤣
Let's look at their terms being "licensed":
(b) The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is authorized to issue licenses to carry concealed weapons or concealed firearms to persons qualified as provided in this section. Each license must bear a color photograph of the licensee.

I have to ASK the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to exercise my 2nd Amendment right?

I don't think so.

I have no contract with the private corporation of the Department of AG & consumer services.

It gets more laughable.

(2) The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall issue a license if the applicant:
(a) Is a resident of the United States and a citizen of the United States or a permanent resident alien of the United States, as determined by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, or is a consular security official of a foreign government that maintains diplomatic relations and treaties of commerce, friendship, and navigation with the United States and is certified as such by the foreign government and by the appropriate embassy in this country;
(b) Is 21 years of age or older.

When I tell you about LEGAL FOCKERY, this is it.

The entire world thinks good ol Ronnie boy eliminated CCW in Florida but he didn't.

He rearranged the seats in the jail cell for political propaganda gain.

I am not the legal definition of a "citizen, person, or resident" as those are all legal terms crafted to diminish your God given rights and put you under their commercial statute if you don't know any better.

And you have to be over 21? Ronnie boy, that's not in the 2nd Amendment.

How did we get here?

More legal fockery!

Before 1987, concealed weapon licensing in Florida was managed at the county level, with sheriffs responsible for issuing permits.
In 1987, the Florida Legislature passed the Jack Hagler Self-Defense Act, creating a statewide concealed weapon or firearm licensing program.

Lawmakers chose the Florida Department of State to initially oversee it.

In 1995, responsibility was transferred to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) — specifically to its Division of Licensing.

Why FDACS?

The transfer happened largely for administrative and political reasons, not because of a direct tie to agriculture:
FDACS already had experience handling licenses and regulatory programs for a variety of industries (like pest control, private investigators, and security guards).

Consolidating licensing under one agency was seen as more efficient.

Some also argue it was politically motivated: at the time, FDACS was led by an elected statewide officer who could be more directly accountable to voters.
