What to do if you can't get the hook out of the fish???

Happy Labor Day Weekend! I love to go fishing and have BBQ. Today I'm at BT Brown and the weather is GREAT!

I caught this little bass. The hook was in his tiny gums and I couldn't remove it without making a mess. I was going to release him anyway so I just put him back in the water and let him catch his breath and then he got rid of the hook for me. What I kinda learned was that when a bass comes out of the water is when they can do things to get a hook out, just watch!

Note - to keep from loosing fish remember to keep the rod tip up and pretty tight line so they don't throw the hook out. The bass don't have hands or feet, but they know hot to use their huge mouth to get rid of a hook!
