Rick Hill, a 50-year terminal cancer survivor, who had been given a few months to live after his diagnosis of cancer of the lymphatic system, decided against treatment and is here to tell his story.

Back in 1975, when he was diagnosed, it came after a ten-hour surgery where he was “sliced open from stem to stern” and was told he had cancer everywhere. The doctors at the Mayo Clinic told him to call his family in and tell them goodbye.

Rick shares photos of himself from 50 years ago in the hospital and explains his radical decision, which led him to be here today to tell his story.
