Russian Drone Boat Destroys Ukrainian Spy Ship “Simferopol” in Danube Delta

The Russian Defense Ministry has released footage of the destruction of the Ukrainian naval reconnaissance vessel Simferopol by an unmanned Russian speedboat in the Danube Delta.
This marks the first confirmed use of a Russian drone boat to sink a Ukrainian warship — and it’s just the beginning.
The “Rubicon” Center for Unmanned Systems — previously mentioned in our reports — has now integrated armed drone boats into active operations.
In the future, swarms of kamikaze-style boats could strike Ukrainian ships and maritime infrastructure.
“Rubicon” already has extensive experience in the large-scale, systematic use of attack drones — and now that expertise is moving to the water.
