Why Racial/Ethnic Typecasting For Voice Acting Makes _No Sense!!_

An issue within the voice acting industry that I like to call Racial/Ethnic Typecasting is going to make it difficult for voice actors to get the rolls they need or deserve. Racial/ethnic Typecasting refers to choosing an actor for a role based on the race/ethnicity, culture, &/or skin tone of either the character or actor for said role. Usually the character for the representation of their identity. Let's go over it & discuss why this is usually unnecessary for voice acting roles.
